A Healthy Dose of Humour

After the interval the busy theatre was treated to a masterclass in Stand- Up Comedy from top comedians Dave Chawner, Ben Norris & Paul McCaffrey.

Thank you to everyone that attended ‘A Healthy Dose of Humour’ last Thursday 21st November at Empire Theatre Halstead.

This was the second show LSP has produced , working in partnership with Health Watch Essex Fella’s Fair & Mid & South Essex NHS Partnerships.

Our aim is to create more conversation around Men’s Mental Health by using Stand-Up Comedy as a unique tool to engage. Last Thursdays the event was a great success , coinciding with Men’s Mental Health Awareness Week

Before the show we listened to inspirational speakers Shawn Leek The Mental Health Runner, Darren Couchman of the Robin Cancer Trust & Tom Huggins of Phoenix Futures.
