A Healthy Dose of Humour is a new collaboration with Healthwatch Essex’s Fellas Fair, the county’s leading Men’s Health and Wellbeing Event.

By using Stand-Up Comedy , we aim to encourage more conversation around Men’s Mental Health and remove the stigma associated with this. .

Before the comedy begins, listen to guest speakers talk about a wide variety of topics affecting men's health, ranging from addiction to mental health and long-term conditions.

The evening also incudes a valuable guest panel with audience questions welcomed.

Then sit back and relax and laugh the evening away , with the best Professional Top Stand-Up Comedians.
