A Healthy Dose of Humour - Thursday 27th June The County Hotel Chelmsford Essex

Thank you to everybody that joined us for the inaugural show ‘ A Healthy Dose of Humour’ at the County Hotel Chelmsford on Thursday 27th June.

The evening really was a great success, and a first working in partnership with Health Watch Essex & the Fellas Fair.

Guests were welcomed from 6pm and a chance to speak to health and care professionals about a variety of topics affecting men’s mental health, ranging from addiction to mental health and long term conditions .

At 8pm we settled down to a master class in stand-up from three of the very best top stand-up comedians, Rich Wilson, Stefano Paolini & Mike Gunn.

The sound of laughing out loud was clear to hear, as it bounced around the Crystal Ballroom all night long!

Laughing is so good for our Mental Health, but do we really do it enough?

A night at a Comedy Club or Stand-Up Comedy show really is what the doctor ordered?

Its safe to say that a Healthy Dose of Laughter will return sometime very soon! If you didn’t manage to get a ticket this time round, make sure to get in early!
